The number of accident claims resulting from car accidents involving young drivers is increasing. It is thought that as many as 20% of young drivers have been involved in an accident, and that of all deaths among young adults that over half are on the roads. A typical car accident claim size for a male under the age of 20 is around £4,500, which compares to £1,500 for males aged between 30-50. This issue is clearly a big problem. Legal firms believe that planned changes to the legal system will significantly reduce access to justice in 2012. The changes in question relate to the ‘Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill’ which is due to be passed by Parliament this spring. It is argued that the changes will make it more appealing for defendants to go to trial and put more financial strain on claimants, who are often the less well off of the two parties. Overcoat styles ranged from winter-ready trench coats to business-like double-breasted. Materials were readily mixed, combining leather, tweed, wool, fur and fabric. Google has seen its market share rise, with approximately 65% of all search queries being made through them. Yahoo saw its share drop to around 15% and Microsoft’s Bing remains at 14%. Following their merger, Microsoft and Yahoo had hoped to build up their market share at the expense of Google. What this means for website owners is that they should still primarily tailor their SEO strategies to Google.
